Delivery Policy

• Your order will be delivered within 24 hours (Business Day) from your order excluding Fridays and official holidays.

• Delivery costs are calculated before the payment at the time of check out.

• Delivery fees vary based on location, starting from 20 QAR.

Returns & Refunds Policy

Return

In order to receive a full refund on returns, items must be returned in the original packaging delivered to you to ensure no damage is made during transit. Returns are accepted for a period of up to 7 days from when you received your order.

All returned items must include a copy of the invoice/receipt and be in the same condition upon delivery dust bags, any accessories, accompanying the delivered purchase must be included

By global retail industry standards, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of skincare, pet’s consumer & cosmetics unless damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied. If you wish to return your faulty or incorrectly supplied order for a refund or to exchange certain Products, you must inform us within 7 days of receipt of your order, and return the relevant Products in-store as soon as possible in the same condition as supplied, in their original packaging with a copy of the relevant receipt and a valid ID.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@nabeehpets.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. 

How to return an item?

If you would like to return an item that has been delivered to you, you must physically return it to Nabeeh Pets main office located on Office.77, Building-90, Zone 39, Al Maha Centre, Salwa Road, Doha, Qatar. Please follow the instructions outlined below:

• Pack the product(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork and all products must be unused.

• Enclose the invoice/receipt

• Present the package to the appropriate section in Nabeeh Pets 

• Keep the Order Number for your return to monitor the return status.

• Once your item has been returned, please allow 3-5 business days processing time within the management for them to inspect, scan and process the return. Please also take notice, it is at the discretion of your bank how long it takes for it to show up on your credit card statement

Refund

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 to 14 working days. Some refunds shall be refunded by cash or by bank transfer based on our management decision.
